Volvo Trucks' presence in Vietnam signifies a strong commitment to advancing the domestic transport industry towards greater efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Since being appointed as the exclusive distributor of Volvo Trucks in Vietnam, T&C Trucks has focused on building a robust service foundation. This includes developing European-standard service centers, training technicians with international expertise, and establishing a dedicated customer care network. T&C Trucks aims to be a comprehensive transport solutions partner, helping customers optimize operational efficiency through superior fuel efficiency, high resale value, and reliable after-sales service.
Ms. Anna Engblom, Managing Director for Southeast Asia & Japan at Volvo Trucks, emphasized the company's commitment to sustainability, innovation, and safety. "At Volvo, our premium trucks are more than just vehicles; they are comprehensive solutions designed to empower industries globally. By integrating powerful engines with eco-friendly features, we aim to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while enhancing uptime and reliability. Our success is driven by our focus on customer success, rather than mere satisfaction. The Volvo range of solutions meets the real needs of the transport sector, both on site and on the road. As we continue our journey of progress, we are excited about the growth opportunities in Vietnam," she stated.
The collaboration between Volvo Trucks and T&C Trucks is already benefiting several strategic customers in Vietnam, demonstrating that investing in Volvo trucks is a long-term, value-driven decision that optimizes budgets and strengthens competitive edge.
